Payment Methods:

Singapore Customer
We only accept Bank Transfer via ATM Transfer *Only to our DBS/POSB Saving Account.
If you opt for Registered Mail instead of Normal Postage(FREE!), additional $2.50SGD will be added into the total payable amount.

Return & Refund:

All Fashion Apparel sold in MiniPortret are brand new and go through stringent checks before shipping, hence there being no exchange & return for items that are successfully sold & delivered.

A full refund will be given within 24 hours in the case of a stockout. Notification email will be sent upon confirmation of refund.

Unpaid Item:

Payment of item must be made within 24 Hrs. In case of buyer not paying after placing an order, a Reminder will be send via Email on the next day. If payment is not in after 3 days, the order will then be voided.

Mail Lost:

We are not responsible for Mail Lost after mailing. For Registered Mail(+$2.50), Mail receipt and SingPost Tracking Number will be provided.
